How are you going thank yourself for holding in down and persevering all week?
What does your weekend plans include for treating yourself and relaxing a bit?
A mani & pedi usually does the trick for me.

My idea of unwinding on weekends consists of napping, hiking, and eating home cooked meals; something not always possible during the week when we’re “too busy” for self care!
Im trying to get into the habit of meal prepping for healthier options throughout the week, but it‘s work in progress for sure! I haven’t had a manicure since this pandemic started, but definitely looking forward to a mani&pedi soon!
